As a Senior Sales Executive at GeoEdge, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth across the Japan Market. You’ll lead strategic sales efforts in one of the world’s most advanced digital advertising markets- owning a high-value pipeline, opening new revenue channels, and cultivating meaningful, long-term relationships with decision-makers across the ecosystem.

This role demands a strategic and commercially minded professional with the ability to navigate complex client organizations, tailor global value propositions to local needs, and deliver results in a fast-evolving, competitive landscape.

Your expertise, agility, and insight into Japan’s adtech space and specifically its mobile ecosystem will directly influence GeoEdge’s presence in the market, while your ability to identify opportunities, craft compelling solutions, and close impactful deals will shape our long-term success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle across Japan- from prospecting and presenting to negotiating, closing, and onboarding new clients
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Japan, targeting premium app developers and web publishers
  • Manage, grow, and nurture relationships with current Japanese partners
  • Translate GeoEdge’s global value into compelling local sales narratives; communicate our technology and impact clearly to Japanese audiences
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Represent GeoEdge at industry events, virtual and in-person
  • Provide local market insights to help shape product direction, marketing strategy, and customer success plans
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment with Japanese market needs


Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience within Japan’s adtech ecosystem, with a strong existing network with app developers in Japan’s mobile industry
  • Proven ability to drive full-cycle sales independently and consistently meet revenue goals
  • Native-level Japanese and fluent English- must have strong verbal and written communication skills in both
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships at C-level, VP, and Director levels
  • Comfortable working as part of a small team while collaborating with global teams
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and deeply client-focused
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced education is an advantage
