IT Helpdesk Specialist

About The Position

Our technology protects the integrity of the digital advertising ecosystem and eliminates bad ads in real-time before online users ever see them. As a bootstrapped startup in the game for 10+ years, we know cyber challenges never rest- and neither do we!

Join our IT department and take on the role of an IT Helpdesk Specialist, where you'll be the friendly face of tech support for our users in Israel and across the globe. Your mission? Managing and tending to our office IT infrastructure, support global company users, managing hardware/software and troubleshooting issues. Your goal? Ensuring that our worldwide team can work seamlessly without IT hiccups.

We're looking for someone who's not just technically skilled, but also independent, friendly, highly organized, and genuinely passionate about helping others. If you're ready to embark on this exciting tech journey with us, we can't wait to have you on board! This is a part-time position, ideally working 3 days per week from our Ramat Hachayal office. 


  • Support company users and troubleshoot software issues (Win/Mac) in Israel and globally.
  • Manage office IT infrastructure: LAN, firewall, VoIP system, and meeting rooms equipment. 
  • Manage hardware (laptops/devices/peripherals): procurement, stock, installation, user onboarding, troubleshooting and support (Win, Mac, Linux an advantage). 
  • Manage software, user access and licensing: Microsoft 365, Anti-virus, VPN etc.
  • Manage SSO/MFA and security. 


  • You are a people person that likes helping others and others like being helped by you.
  • You are highly organized, independent, proactive, and a persistent individual that enjoys figuring things out.
  • Global support! – Occasional work across various time zones may be required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an IT help desk/PC technician/System Administrator position. 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Win and Mac OS. – Must. 
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with MDM, application/cloud firewall, VPN, IP/TCP, Linux. – Advantage.
