Information Technology Helpdesk- Part Time
About The Position
GeoEdge is a cyber-security company in the Ad-Tech industry; handling billions of ads per day. We filter out cyber and content-related threats, making the internet a safer place for millions of users.
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk to join our IT department.
As an IT Helpdesk you will:
Manage office IT infrastructure: LAN, firewall, VoIP system, Meeting rooms equipment.
Manage hardware (laptops/devices/peripherals): procurement, stock, installation, user onboarding, troubleshooting and support (Win, Mac, Linux an advantage).
Manage Software, user access and licensing: Microsoft 365, Anti-virus, VPN, so on… Manage SSO/MFA and security. Support company users and troubleshoot software issues (Win/Mac)
Requirements
- You are a people person that likes helping others and others like being helped by you, you are highly organized, independent, proactive, and persistent individual that enjoys figuring things out.
- Minimum 1 year experience in an IT help desk/PC technician/system administrator position.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Win and Mac OS. – Must.
- Experience with MDM, application/cloud firewall, VPN, IP/TCP, Linux. – Advantage.
