GeoEdge collects personal information when you register with GeoEdge, when you use GeoEdge products or services or when you visit GeoEdge pages.

When you register we may ask for information such as your name, email address, Postal Address, Postal code, occupation, industry, and company details. When you register with GeoEdge and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. We also can use the IP address to verify the identity of perpetrators of illegal activity.

GeoEdge collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of financial products and services that we offer.

GeoEdge automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, GeoEdge cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request. In addition, GeoEdge logs machine identifiers to prevent abuse of the systems and logins.

GeoEdge may set and access GeoEdge cookies on your computer. Cookies are used to retain login status. We do not use cookies to track Internet activity. More cookies may be set when you log in, to avoid typing in your user name (or optionally password) on your next visit. These last up to 30 days. You may clear these cookies after use if you are using a public machine and don’t wish to expose your username to future users of the machine. (If so, clear the browser cache as well.)

 

YOUR ABILITY TO EDIT AND DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND PREFERENCES

You can edit your GeoEdge Account Information, including your preferences, at any time. You will be able to change your email address that we keep on file at any time.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the GeoEdge service, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your GeoEdge account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them as long as you keep a registered account.

You can delete your GeoEdge account at any time.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

All users are encouraged to select strong passwords and to never share them with unauthorized users.

GeoEdge may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your GeoEdge account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
