VP Human Resources
About The Position
GeoEdge is looking for an outstanding VP Human Resources with demonstrated leadership experience and a professional track record of exceptional performance in key executive HR positions. We’re looking for a strong leader to join our management team, with the ability to balance a strategic mindset with our hands on start up mentality. The ability to work in a collaborative, global and dynamic work environment is key for success.
What will you be doing?
• Create and lead the HR strategy by working closely with management to identify priorities for the business
• Maximize our employees’ potential while supporting the company’s business goals
• Establish initiatives and work with department managers in areas such as communications, employee engagement, retention, training and career development
• Manage global recruitment, introduce new recruitment sources and initiatives to attract key talent, elevate employer banding
• Oversee employees experience through implementing creative initiatives that enhance GeoEdge as an employer of choice and maintain the company culture
• Manage the entire employee company life cycle from ensuring a successful onboarding process, career and personal development and performance management
• Design and adjust HR programs and processes to support needs in our various locations around the globe
• Energize employee relations and help to maintain our culture as we scale
• Provide guidance to leaders and managers by offering thoughtful coaching and mentoring
• Manage office operations in our Tel Aviv site as well as globally
• Manage the HR Team (Office Manager & Talent Acquisition Specialist)
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience within the HR field
• 5+ years of experience in an executive HR role as part of a leadership team
• 5+ years of experience in the hi-tech industry
• Comfortable using advanced executive coaching techniques and working with senior leadership
• Experience in a global environment, experience establishing offshore development teams - advantage
• Ability to create high level HR strategy coupled with outstanding hands on execution abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
