About The Position

Our cybersecurity team works tirelessly to protect ad platforms, app developers, and users from disruptive ads—all within a friendly, creative, and intelligent work environment. With cutting-edge technology, we block bad ads in real-time, ensuring a safer online experience. As a resilient, bootstrapped startup with over a decade of experience, we embrace challenges because we know that cyber threats never rest—and neither do we!
This position is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team and create a unique work environment, ensuring high organizational effectiveness while planning and executing our welfare activities.
Our office is in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv, and our work hours are 9:00-18:00.
WHAT YOU DO
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Tel Aviv office and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Ensure the office is well organized and optimally running.
- Plan and execute the company’s welfare activities, including company events, happy hours, gifts, etc., for our employees worldwide.
- Be the face of the office, greeting visitors and welcoming/onboarding new employees on their first day.
- Take responsibility for all office logistics and supplies (Kitchen, IT, office equipment, etc.)
- Contact & manage external vendors/service providers (cleaning services, building maintenance, 10Bis, etc.) and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate travel, be responsible for company travel planning - order flights, accommodation, travel expense reports, and any other necessary preparations.
- Assisting and facilitating conferences, offsites, and meetings.
- Report and work closely with the VP of HR.
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years’ experience as an Administrative Manager - Must.
- Excellent English - both verbal and written - Must.
- Experience with supporting HR processes (welfare, recruitment coordinating, etc.) – Advantage.
- Previous experience working for a high-tech company – Advantage.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
